Maybe they suspect that she is showing off a bit more “down there” than she is supposed to. But as this picture shows, they certainly hit the bullseye with this footage. It clearly shows the pantiless secretary forgot to put on her underwear that particular day, and is slightly careless when bending over to say the least.
